Ingredients

4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Season the Pork Chops: Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

Sear the Pork Chops: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Once hot, add the pork chops and sear for about 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove the chops from the skillet and transfer them to the slow cooker.

Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium, add the minced garlic, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the pan to deglaze, and bring it to a simmer.

Add Cream and Cheese: Stir in the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is creamy.

Combine and Cook: Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the pork chops in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops are tender.

Serve: Once cooked, carefully remove the pork chops from the slow cooker and plate them. Spoon additional sauce over the top and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
