1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

For the S'mores Topping:

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

Additional mini marshmallows for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    Make Brownie Batter: In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar, mixing until well combined. Allow it to cool slightly.

      Mix Wet Ingredients: Add the eggs one at a time to the sugar mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

        Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
