Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon honey

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1 avocado, sliced

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

Marinate the Shrimp: In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, honey, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Preheat the Grill: While the shrimp is marinating, preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Grill the Shrimp: Once heated, place the marinated shrimp on the grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Prepare the Wraps: Lay the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Start by layering the shredded lettuce evenly on each tortilla. Next, add the grilled shrimp, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, and crumbled feta cheese if using.

Roll the Wraps: Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top, enclosing all the fillings. Secure with toothpicks if needed.

Serve: Cut each wrap in half and place on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve with lime wedges for an extra zing.
