1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

3 tablespoons sriracha sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon rice vinegar

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Prepare the Wings: Place the chicken wings in a large bowl. Pat them dry with paper towels to ensure crispy skin when baked.

    Make the Marinade: In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
