1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 lime, juiced

For the Mango Slaw:

2 cups shredded green cabbage

1 cup shredded carrots

1 ripe mango, diced

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons lime juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

For Assembly:

8 small corn or flour tortillas

Lime wedges, for serving

Additional cilantro, for garnish

Prepare the Shrimp: In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Toss well to ensure the shrimp are evenly coated. Allow marinating for at least 15 minutes.

    Make the Mango Slaw: In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, diced mango, red onion, and chopped cilantro. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss well to coat. Set aside to allow flavors to meld.

      Cook the Shrimp: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

        Warm the Tortillas: In the same skillet, warm the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until they become pliable. Alternatively, you can warm them in a dry pan or microwave.
