2 ripe avocados

1 can (5 oz) of tuna in water, drained

2 tablespoons mayonnaise (preferably spicy or Sriracha mayo)

1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust for spice level)

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon lime juice

1 green onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional toppings: sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, extra lime wedges

Instructions
 

Prepare the Avocados: Start by slicing the avocados in half lengthwise and removing the pit. Carefully scoop out a little of the flesh to create a small well for the tuna filling and set it aside in a bowl.

    Make the Tuna Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, chopped green onion, and cilantro if using. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
