10-12 chicken drumsticks, skin-on

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or white vinegar)

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt, to taste

2 cups broccoli florets

2 cups baby potatoes, halved

2 tablespoons sesame seeds (for garnish)

Fresh cilantro or green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, black pepper, onion powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

      Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl, ensuring they are fully coated in the marinade. Cover and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, or for 2 hours in the refrigerator for deeper flavor.

        Prepare the Vegetables: While the chicken marinates, wash and prepare the baby potatoes and broccoli. If desired, parboil the potatoes for about 5 minutes to ensure they cook through in the oven.
