2 ripe avocados

1 can (5 oz) of tuna, drained

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

2 tablespoons fresh dill or parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional toppings: cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, or a sprinkle of paprika

Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Use a spoon to scoop out a little of the flesh to create a larger cavity for the stuffing. Keep the scooped avocado flesh aside in a small bowl.
