1 pre-made pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup sweet corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned, drained)

1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.

    Prepare the Topping: In a medium bowl, combine the sweet corn, zucchini slices, olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss until the vegetables are well coated.

      Roll Out the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness (about 12 inches in diameter for a standard pizza). Transfer the rolled dough to a sheet of parchment paper for easy transfer to the oven.

        Spread the Base: Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

          Add the Toppings: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the ricotta layer, then evenly distribute the seasoned sweet corn and zucchini mixture on top. Finish with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
