1 pound thick-cut bacon

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup, and place a wire rack on top of it.

    Prepare the Bacon: Lay the bacon strips out in a single layer on the wire rack. This allows the fat to drain off while cooking, resulting in extra crispy bacon.

      Mix the Sweet & Spicy Coating: In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, honey, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir until well mixed into a thick paste.

        Coat the Bacon: Using a pastry brush or your hands, generously coat both sides of each bacon strip with the sweet and spicy mixture. Ensure all strips are well covered for maximum flavor!
