Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup nacho cheese sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup seasoned rice (white or brown)

1 can (15 oz) refried beans

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

½ cup diced tomatoes

¼ cup chopped green onions

½ cup diced jalapeños (optional)

Hot sauce to taste

Instructions

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat.

Season the Beef: Add taco seasoning to the beef, followed by a splash of water. Mix well and simmer for about 5 minutes until fully flavored.

Prepare the Rice: Cook the seasoned rice according to package instructions, then set aside.

Heat the Beans: In a small pot, heat the refried beans over low heat until warm, stirring occasionally.

Assemble the Burritos: Lay a tortilla flat and spread a scoop of refried beans in the center, followed by a portion of seasoned rice, ground beef, nacho cheese, shredded cheddar, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños. Add a dollop of sour cream on top.

Roll the Burrito: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it up from the bottom to create a tight burrito.

Grill for Crunch: Optionally, grill the burrito in a skillet for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Slice the burrito in half, drizzle with additional nacho cheese and sour cream, and garnish with green onions and hot sauce as desired.
