2 cups granulated sugar

1 cup packed brown sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

For the Mint Oreo Layer:

1 package (14.3 oz) Mint Oreos, crushed (reserve 8 for topping)

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon peppermint extract

For the Topping:

8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Crushed Mint Oreos (for garnishing)

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    Make the Brownie Base:

      - In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, remove from heat and whisk in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth.

        - Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

            Bake the Brownies:
