Ingredients

1 cup ripe mango, diced

1 cup fresh pineapple, diced

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 banana, sliced

1 cup seedless grapes, halved

1 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)

1 lime, juice and zest

2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for vegan)

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Fruits: In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, pineapple, kiwi, strawberries, banana, and grapes. Gently toss the fruits together to mix them evenly without mashing any of them.

Make the Lime Honey Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, lime zest, and honey until well combined. If you prefer a more tangy flavor, adjust the lime juice to your taste.

Combine: Drizzle the lime honey dressing over the mixed fruit salad and gently fold until all the fruits are coated in the dressing. Be careful not to break down the fruit pieces.

Add Coconut Flakes: Sprinkle the coconut flakes over the salad and fold them in gently for added texture and flavor.

Serve: Transfer the tropical fruit salad to a serving platter or individual bowls. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and freshness.

Chill (optional): For a refreshing treat, let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving, allowing the flavors to meld together.
