1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar, packed

2 large eggs

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

For the Cheesecake Layer:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup sour cream

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chunky peanut butter

1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (for topping)

For the Topping:

Whipped cream (optional)

Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Cookie Base:

      - In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
