Ingredients

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

4 cups cold water

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup powdered sugar

Ice cubes

Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Make Lemonade Base: In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Gradually add in the cold water, mix, and taste to adjust sweetness to your preference. Set aside.

Whip the Cream: In a mixing bowl, add the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream on medium speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form. Your whipped cream should be light and fluffy.

Combine: Take a serving glass and fill it halfway with the lemonade base. Add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top.

Ice It Down: Add ice cubes to the glass and finish with more lemonade until full. Top with additional whipped cream for an even creamier texture.

Garnish and Serve: Garnish with lemon slices on the rim of the glass and a sprig of mint for a refreshing look. Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy the zesty, creamy goodness!
