Ingredients

4 cups of seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen

1 cup coconut water (or regular water)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prep the Watermelon: Start by cutting a ripe watermelon into cubes. Spread the cubes on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid. This will give your slushie that icy texture.

Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon cubes, coconut water, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup. Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and slushy, scraping down the sides as necessary.

Taste & Adjust: Taste your watermelon slushie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or agave syrup if desired. Blend again briefly to mix in any additional sweetener.

Serve Cold: Pour the slushie into chilled glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and additional flavor.

Enjoy: Grab a straw or spoon and enjoy this refreshing watermelon slushie immediately while it's frozen and frosty.
