2 lbs chicken wings

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Zest of 2 limes

Juice of 2 limes

2 tablespoons honey

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Prepare the Marinade: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground chipotle, cumin, salt, pepper, lime zest, lime juice, and honey until well combined.

    Marinate the Wings: Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss until each wing is evenly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for a deeper flavor).

      Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.

        Air Fry the Wings: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Working in batches if necessary, arrange the wings in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through for even cooking, or until they are crispy and golden brown.

          Garnish and Serve: Once done, transfer the wings to a serving platter. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
