4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1 bunch of fresh asparagus, trimmed

2 tablespoons olive oil

Juice and zest of 2 lemons

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Lemon wedges for serving

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.

      Prepare the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush half of the marinade over the salmon. Reserve the other half for asparagus.

        Prepare the Asparagus: Place the trimmed asparagus next to the salmon on the same baking sheet. Drizzle the reserved marinade over the asparagus, tossing gently to coat evenly.

          Bake the Dish: Bake the salmon and asparagus in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender-crisp.

            Serve: Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Serve the salmon and asparagus warm, garnished with fresh lemon wedges.
