1 avocado, sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

Juice of 1 lime

1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare Zoodles: In a large bowl, combine the spiralized zucchini (zoodles) with a pinch of salt and let them sit for about 10 minutes to soften slightly.

    Prepare Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
